Brief introduction:

PA66 plastic has a high melting point among polyamide materials. It is a semi-crystalline - crystalline material. PA66 maintains high strength and stiffness even at higher temperatures. PA66 plastic remains hygroscopic after molding, the extent of which depends primarily on the composition of the material, wall thickness, and environmental conditions. The effect of moisture absorption on geometric stability must be considered when designing products. To improve the mechanical properties of PA66, a variety of modifiers are often added. Glass is the most common additive, and sometimes synthetic rubber is added to improve impact resistance. PA66 plastic has low viscosity and therefore flows well. This property can be used to process very thin components.

Applications:

1、In automobile manufacturing.

Used in the manufacture of fuel screens, fuel filters, tanks, traps, reservoirs, engine cylinder covers, radiator water cylinders, balance rotary shaft gears. It can also be used in electrical parts and terminal blocks of automobiles. In addition, it can also be used as drive, control parts, etc.

2、Electrical and electronic industry.

It can be used in the manufacture of rice cookers, electric vacuum cleaners, high-frequency electronic food heaters, terminal blocks, switches and resistors for electrical products, etc.

3、Medical equipment and precision instruments.

Used in medical blood vessels, blood extractors, infusion sets, etc. PA monofilament can be used for surgical sutures, wigs, etc.; In addition, the digital rotating discs of electronic typewriters, terminal blocks, transmission gears, belt filters of printing machines, etc.

4、Other aspects.

Used to make disposable lighter body, alkaline dry battery liner, motorcycle driver's helmet, office machine shell, office chair's corner wheel, seat and backrest, ice skates, fishing line, etc. PA film has excellent gas barrier performance, and oil resistance, low temperature impact resistance, good penetration resistance, and can be used for meat, ham sausage and other frozen food packaging. Polyamide can also be rods and plates, also for gears or other transmission devices.
